Your radar on Brazil’s energy tenders — in English, matched to what you sell.
Petrobras alone publishes thousands of procurement processes a year, in Portuguese, under Lei 13.303 rules — outside the portals most tender platforms track. Operators and EPC contractors buy through their own channels on top of that. Raw feeds exist; judgment doesn’t. We read everything so you bid on the right three.
What every plan includes
- Monitoring of publicly available opportunities: Petrobras (including the Transparency Portal), Transpetro and selected operator/EPC channels — wherever Brazil’s energy market publishes.
- Curation by people from inside the O&G supply chain — not keyword dumps.
- English summaries: scope, buyer, deadlines, qualification requirements, our fit assessment.
- A deadlines calendar you can actually plan around.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the information come from?
Publicly available procurement sources — Petrobras’ public opportunity listings and Transparency Portal, official gazettes, and public operator/EPC channels. We don’t resell restricted data; we sell reading, translation and judgment.
Is this affiliated with Petrobras or Petronect?
No. We are an independent service, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Petrobras or Petronect.
I’m a registered Petrobras supplier and already get e-mail invitations. Why would I need this?
Native alerts tell registered suppliers that a tender exists in their registered families. We cover the ones you’re not registered for yet, everything outside Petrobras, and — the part alerts can’t do — tell you whether it’s worth your bid.
What if Petrobras changes portals?
Our monitoring follows wherever opportunities are published — the platform migration underway in Brazil is exactly why a source-agnostic radar matters.
Can you help us actually bid?
Yes — that’s Advisory: qualification guidance, bid support, representation. Radar subscribers get priority.
Do you guarantee contract wins?
No — and be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee you’ll see the right opportunities in time to act on them.
