One market.
Different routes in.
Your route depends on the offering, the buyer and the execution model. We make those differences part of the plan.
Equipment manufacturers
Map buyer channels, organise qualification and coordinate technical-commercial proposals with your factories.
Vessel owners
Assess published charter opportunities, document readiness and the local coordination your participation requires.
Service companies
Clarify the buyer need, delivery model, local partner requirements and practical account-development priorities.

Agree the scope.
See the progress.
- Understand: your offering, target buyers and starting point.
- Define: deliverables, responsibilities, timing and fees.
- Execute: direct communication and documented follow-up.
- Review: decisions, open questions and the next actions.
A clear working relationship.
Can you act as our representative without a subsidiary?
We can discuss representation and account-development support. The appropriate supply and contracting structure depends on the specific activity, buyer and tender, with legal and tax advice obtained where required.
Do you guarantee registration or a contract award?
No. Buyers control qualification and procurement decisions. Our role is to improve preparation, coordination and visibility within the agreed scope.
Can we begin with a single assignment?
Yes. A tender review, qualification gap assessment or partner review can be a focused starting point before any broader engagement.
How are fees agreed?
Our four standard-scope projects have fixed prices above. Ongoing representation, on-site work and complex bids receive a written proposal. Deliverables, exclusions and payment terms are agreed before work begins.
